The Final Assessment
Today was the last of my 3 assessments for my new programming: upper body. Nothing wildly exciting, just a mix of pushing and pulling.
It was, however, the first time in 2 months I benched 160 and 165. It’s disappointing to see weight I’ve doubled before move slowly but felt really good to be pushing heavy weight… and it felt even more awesome to be able to power through my sticking point for once!
